Massive protest against Paseo Caribe - prwow.com - Nov. 21, 2007

Some 50 people, several of them artists, sat themselves down early Wednesday morning on the public roads leading to the Paseo Caribe construction project in Puerta de Tierra, demanding the project, which has virtually privatized Fort San Jerónimo, be stopped and demolished.

Artists Andy Montañez, Cristina Soler and René Monclova were among the demonstrators who feel this is the only way to publicize their complaints that the project is illegal because it has been built on lands along the coast and in the public domain.
