News about Rex Omar

Amandzeba, Rex Omar, Kojo Aquai Rejoin MUSIGA
Rex OmarHistory was made yesterday at the headquarters of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) when the likes of Amandzeba, Rex Omar, Kojo Aquai and Gyedu Blay Ambulley got together with Alhaji Sidiku Buari and officials of MUSIGA in a reunion.

A closed-door meeting that lasted over two hours ended with shouts of hip hip hip, hooray! There was excitement written all over their faces when the meeting ended amidst laughter and humour.

There have been disagreements between Rex Omar, Amandzeba and friends on one hand and Alhaji Sidiku Buari on the other. Yesterday’s meeting seems to mark a new dawn in the history of MUSIGA and the music industry.

“Why do we fight what’s wrong with us when we can unite based on what’s right with us,”Amandzeba declared in a chat with showghana.com after the meeting.
