Bembidion

A small and multi-coloured ground beetle (4mm, ID?, close to Bembidion, Coleoptera, Carabidae). Found with dozen running over exposed river banks near Okpara reserve (Parakou, Benin, West-Africa, May 2018).

Studio work with a staged collection specimen; focus stack based on 113 images, assembled in Zerene Stacker (Pmax). Sony A7Rm2, metabones adapter, Canon MP-E 65mm at 3x; ISO-100, f/5, 1/200s, diffused flash.
