Am Fronleichnam findet auf der Insel Werd bei Eschenz eine spirituelle Veranstaltung statt. Anlass dieser Veranstaltung ist eine Spendenaktion für den Bau eines Staudamms in Afrika. Der franziskanische Bruder Benno Maria Kehl ist Initiator dieses Projektes und wird an diesem Abend erzählen wie er auf die Idee gekommen ist einen Stausee im Wert von einer Million Euro in Burkina Faso zu bauen. Der Sufimeister Sheikh Esref Efendi unterstützt Ihn dabei ehrenamtlich mit einer Konversation nach der Tradition der weltberühmten Sufischule der Naqshibandiyya. Der Sufimeister aus Berlin fasziniert durch sein Auftreten und verspricht gute Herzen mit Lebenskraft zu füllen. ‚Komm wer immer du bist', lädt er ein. Schon vor 800 Jahren kam es zum treffen der beiden Religionen. Franz von Assisi besuchte den Sultan des Osmanischen Reiches und wollte herausfinden welcher Glaube der richtige sei. Franz von Assisi war damals bereit für sein Glauben an Jesus Christus durch das Feuer zu gehen. Am 22. Mai begegnen sich die beiden Glaubensrichtungen unter dem Motto `Gemeinsam sind wir Stark`, und Bruder Benno wird eventuell mit einem Feuerlauf demonstrieren wie stark sein Glaube an die Realisation des Stausees innerhalb von 3 Jahren ist.
