Aparición de un fantasma en la habitación de un hotel en Gandía (Comunidad Valenciana). Se puede apreciar su temible aspecto y su extraño comportamiento. Además, otro espectro aguarda sentado en el baño. Terrorífico y digno de ver. Mon, 12 May 2008 08:33:31 -0700BUJUMBURA, Burundi, 6 May 2008 -- Over 200 demobilized child soldiers were recently released to officials from UNICEF, the United Nations, the African Union and the Government of Burundi. The children were being held by dissidents from the rebel group Palipehutu-FNL, and negotiations for the children's release became urgent after fighting intensified. UNICEF Acting Representative in Burundi Françoise Gruloos described how she heard the children jumping and laughing in the buses that were removing them from the camp. Ms. Gruloos said it was "a wonderful moment, a wonderful feeling, giving back to the children their right to a childhood." Mon, 12 May 2008 08:15:55 -0700CHAN: Over in Africa, the tiny coffee-producing nation of Burundi saw renewed violence on Thursday between ethnic Hutu guerrillas and government forces. It's a disappointing twist for many who thought peace was right around the corner there. Here's more. STORY: Burundi's army said yesterday said it had killed 50 fighters from the FNL rebel group, in clashes outside the capital city Bujumbura. The attacks came barely a day after rebel leaders said they would move forward on a peace deal. [Lieutenant Colonel Adolphe Manirakiza, Army Spokesperson]: "We lost two soldiers and we had four injured. But we managed to capture 31 rebels from the Palipehutu FNL. They told us that on their side, they have been more than 50 who died during these last weeks of fighting. We also took six Kalashnikov and one mortar." But rebels blamed the military for the fighting. And a rebel leader told Reuters new service that the government had chosen violence instead of a peace deal. Meanwhile, the rebels recently released over 200 child soldiers. So far, only 15 of them have agreed to go back to school. Most have instead opted for vocational training. The FNL rebel insurgency is seen as the last barrier to stability in Burundi, which is emerging from 10 years of civil war.
