Description
These Words Expose Us: An Anthology, published in September 2014 by CreateSpace, is the first anthology edited by Wole Talabi and the collective #TheNakedConvos. The book gathers short stories from young and award-winning Nigerian authors, including Uche Okonkwo, Pemi Aguda, Gbolahan Adeola, and Osemhen Akhibi.
The stories explore words, speech, and silence: how what we say (or don’t say) impacts our lives and our relationships. The collection covers themes of sexuality, family heritage, grief, and secrets.
« Just words. Even if These Words Expose Us are only stories made of words. »
