Dambada is a popular dance and music style from Burkina Faso, danced to driving rhythms on drums and brass instruments. It is often associated with celebration and urban festivities in Burkina Faso, blending Malien influences (baleri) with local sounds. Dambada gained popularity in the 2010s with the urban music scene of Ouagadougou.
